These Terms of Service govern the use of the br2sec.com website operated by BR2, SIA (Reg. No. 50203765211, legal address: Staiceles iela 1 k-1 - 35, Riga, LV-1035), hereinafter "BR²SEC".
By accessing this site, you accept these terms in full.
2. Disclaimer of Legal & Technical Advice
Web content covering regulatory standards (NIS2, DORA, NKDL) and threat assessments is published strictly for general guidance and does not constitute formal legal counsel.
Binding security attestations and penetration testing deliverables are provided exclusively under executed master service agreements and scoped Statements of Work (SoW).
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, trademarks (BR²SEC), methodologies, graphics, and code structures are the exclusive property of BR2, SIA and protected under copyright laws.
Reproduction or commercial use without prior written authorization is prohibited.
4. Security Restrictions & Applicable Law
Users are prohibited from launching automated scans, brute-force requests, or denial-of-service disruptions against BR²SEC edge infrastructure. Ethical research must follow our CVD policy.
Governing law: Republic of Latvia. Disputes are resolved in the competent courts of Latvia.
